With over 30 years of dedicated service in the Case Management industry, Tracy Kersey brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role as a Patient Advocate. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Case Manager, Tracy has devoted her career to helping clients regain their health and return to work. She holds a master’s degree in education, specializing in Guidance Counseling, and is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
Throughout her professional journey, Tracy served as a Branch Manager for over 20 years. In this role, she trained and mentored a team of case managers, promoting collaboration and maintaining high standards of care for clients.
Tracy’s passion for advocacy extends beyond her professional life. As a caregiver for three family members at different times in life, she has firsthand experience navigating the challenges and triumphs of balancing life while providing exceptional care. This personal journey has deepened her empathy and commitment to supporting patients and their families through every step of their healthcare journey. She is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their best possible outcomes.
Tracy enjoys traveling, cruising, antiques, gardening, crafting, and training her dog Maisy to be a therapy dog.
