Her journey began as an EMT and Firefighter, where she built a strong foundation in emergency medicine, crisis response, and community service—skills that have continued to shape her career in nursing and patient advocacy.
As a Registered Nurse, Anna has provided care across multiple specialties, including Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics, gaining a deep understanding of both acute and chronic patient needs. For the past decade, she has excelled as a Certified Nurse Case Manager, using her expertise to guide patients through complex recoveries, workers’ compensation cases, and return-to-work transitions with compassion and precision.
Her professional background also includes experience in Public Health, Billing and Coding, and Emergency Management and Disaster Planning, allowing her to combine clinical excellence with strategic coordination and preparedness.
Academically, Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, continuing her lifelong commitment to advancing evidence-based practice and leadership in healthcare.
Beyond her professional roles, she is a proud mother of three, whose personal experiences advocating for her own family during illness and end-of-life care have deepened her empathy and strengthened her dedication to helping others navigate the healthcare system.
