Kim is a nurse, educator, and advocate with 17+ years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. She began her career with ABA therapy training and as a nurse for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities—gaining early insight into advocating for nonverbal patients and those often misunderstood. Most recently, she served as a nurse navigator, helping patients overcome barriers and ensuring their needs were met across complex care systems. As a certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Kimberlee also supports families in understanding the medical and educational services their children are entitled to, including guidance around IEPs and accommodations. Kim resides in Utah but can offer virtual services as needed. As a mom to two neurodivergent boys, she blends clinical expertise with personal experience to help families navigate autism and ADHD with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
