Will Stock

Will is a registered nurse with a decade of experience across a broad range of specialties, including behavioral health, palliative care, cardiac stepdown, med-surg, and both chronic and acute dialysis. His clinical journey has taken him from high-acuity hospital units to field-based community care, where he’s consistently stepped into roles requiring leadership, adaptability, and a calm presence under pressure.

Throughout his career, Will has been recognized for his ability to bring clarity and stability to complex situations—whether supporting patients during critical transitions or guiding new nurses as a preceptor and charge RN. His background also includes policy contributions at the hospital level, pandemic response work in mobile and field clinics, and consulting on care strategies for neurodivergent and chronically ill patients.

As a member of the neurodivergent and autistic community himself, Will brings a lived understanding to his advocacy and education efforts. He is especially attuned to the barriers faced by children, adolescents, and late-diagnosed adults navigating healthcare and education systems. His approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, communication support, and practical accommodations that improve daily function and dignity.

Now expanding into nurse-led consulting and patient advocacy, Will continues to build bridges between clinical insight and real-world accessibility. Whether in hospitals, schools, or family care settings, he aims to foster systems that are effective, synergistic, and equitable.

Outside of work, Will can often be found outside in his workshop designing custom accommodations, recharging in the sun, or chasing the next big idea.
